Martin runs this delicate Salmon Pocket as a special every so often at our markets. He takes our campbell river salmon and stuffs it with bay scallop, house-made pesto, spinach and panko bread crumbs.
Two frozen portions per pack. We recommend thawing in the fridge the night prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 375 and cook for 15-17 minutes or to desired temperature.
Place orders by 12 pm PST Mon - Fri to receive the next day. Orders after 12 pm will be shipped on the next available ship date.
